Generating the Monthly Availability Report for Monitors and Groups
You can generate a Monthly Availability Report for a Monitor or Group. The report indicates the time the application being monitored has been accessible for the current month for the selected Monitor. It also indicates by color-coding whether or not the Service Level Agreement was met on a particular day for a selected Monitor.
Monthly Availability Report for a Monitor
To generate the Monthly Availability Report for a Monitor:
- Click Reports in the Left Navigation Pane, then click Monitors. The Monitors report page appears.
- Select a Monitor from the drop-down list.
- From the Report Type drop-down list, select Monthly Availability. The "Monthly Availability for Monitor <monitor name>" report displays.
- To display results for the previous month, click << next to the Month name.
- To return to the current month, click >>.
If the monitored application has been available 100% of the time during the previous and current months, the following statement appears at the top of the Reports page: [Name of application] has been 100% available for the requested period.
If the monitored application has not been 100% available, the report displays.
Monthly Availability Report for Group
The Group report is the same as the Monitor report with availability calculated as actual availability for all Monitors within the Group.
- Click Reports in the Left Navigation Pane, then click Groups. The Groups report page appears.
- Select a Group from the drop-down list.
- From the Report Type drop-down list, select Monthly Availability.The "Monthly Availability for Group <group name>" report displays.
- To display results for the previous month, click << next to the Month name.
- To return to the current month, click >>.
